Replaced an unsupported one-to-two-month market claim with the Citizenship Act's three-month decision period. Removed categorical no-interview and fully remote-process language where current primary authority did not establish it.
Decision effect: Timeline and process expectations became more conservative. The program's price and open status did not change.
